We favour softness and pleasure over concentration as the variety likes fresh soils which allow it to retain water for summer. And it adapts very well to the geographical and climatic conditions of the Château La Grave property. It is a wine always balanced, soft, round, fruity, colourful. Its density, far from excess, makes a very aromatic wine.
